Guys and Dolls - November 2011

Desperate to find money to pay for his floating crap game, Nathan Detroit bets Sky Masterson a thousand dollars that Sky will not be able to take a local Salvation Army girl, Sarah Brown, to Cuba. While Sky eventually is able to convince Sarah to join him, Nathan battles with his fiancée of fourteen years, Adelaide.

Ruddigore - May 2011

In the town of Rederring, in Cornwall, a chorus of professional bridesmaids frets that there have been no weddings for the last six months. All of the eligible young men are hopeful of a union with Rose Maybud, the prettiest maiden in the village, yet they are too timid to approach her.

The Revenge of Sherlock Holmes - November 2010

Annie Get Your Gun - May 2010

Sharpshooters, knife throwers, Red Indians, showgirls - all the ingredients of the wild west in Irving Berlin's rootin', tootin' show. The story of how the gun-toting Annie Oakley gets her man set in Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show. Yeee-haaa!

Iolanthe - November 2009

This well-loved Gilbert and Sullivan political satire sees the House of Lords attempting to take on the world of fairies. This show was the premiere of re-orchestrated band parts by PJ Music Works. Melanie Roberts (Fairy Queen) was named the winner of the Molly Harle trophy for best female character in a musical or operetta (2010 NoDA London Trophies)

My Fair Lady - May 2009

Based on George Bernard Shaw's play "Pygmalion," with book, music and lyrics by Lerner and Loewe, My Fair Lady is a truly memorable musical. With great songs, it's no wonder everyone - not just Henry Higgins - falls in love with Eliza Doolittle. Winner of the Best Musical of the Year Award from NoDA Region 10.

The Matchgirls - November 2008

The story of a strike by the girls in the Bryant and May match factory in 1888. Kate, the strike leader, struggles to decide whether to follow the action through and with the help of liberal reformer Annie Besant, bring about their ultimate victory over what was then a callous management. A tender and heartwarming story of love, life and pigeons. Winner of the June King Memorial Trophy for programme design (basic class) (2009 NoDA London Trophies)

Patience - May 2008

A re-staging of the Gilbert and Sullivan classic to the 1960's. With a few changes to the libretto the plot moved very easily to the era of singer-songwriters, flower-power and psychedelic fashion. The production was named as Runner-Up of the "Dorothy Lawson G & S Award" (2008 NoDA London Trophies)

Anything Goes - November 2007

Wit, class and romance combined with foot-tapping music and show-stopping numbers in this popular Cole Porter musical.

Fiddler On The Roof - May 2007

In the little village of Anatevka, Tevye, a poor dairyman, tries to instil in his five daughters the traditions of his tight-knit Jewish community in the face of changing social mores and the growing anti-Semitism of Tsarist Russia.

The Gondoliers - November 2006

Gilbert and Sullivan classic following two Venetian gondoliers who are informed that one of them has just become the King of Barataria, and their attempts to remodel the monarchy in a spirit of "republican equality". First performance of re-orchestrated band parts by PJ Music Works.

A lighthearted and poignant look at the Whitechapel murders of 1888. This show marked the 10th anniversary of the Radlett Centre.

The Music Man - November 2005

'Professor' Harold Hill is a travelling salesman, who makes his living by duping small towns into buying musical instruments and uniforms for a boys' marching band. This production was nominated for the "Kathleen Oyler Trophy for best chorus work" (2006 NoDA London Trophies)

The Pirates of Penzance - May 2005

Frederic was, as a child, apprenticed to a band of tender-hearted orphaned pirates by his nurse, Ruth who, being hard of hearing, had mistaken her master's instructions to apprentice the boy to a pilot. First performance of re-orchestrated band parts by PJ Music Works.
